DECEMBER 16 UPDATE

IMPORTANT NOTICE: As of 2pm today (December 16) we will pause activating contracts until we have successfully navigated the potential snow event. If it is after 2pm and you wish to establish service, please contact us AFTER the storm has passed. While this can be understandably frustrating for those in need of plowing, it is important for us to focus our efforts on preparing to give the best service we can to our customers as we prepare for incoming storms (especially early in the season). We’ve found that trying to make too many changes directly before or in a storm leads to a degradation in our quality of service, and we want to make sure we get it right for you!
