From the evening of Saturday January 3 into early morning Sunday the 4th, we received roughly 1.5 inches of new snow across the entire territory. While snow continued to trickle in over the next 16 hours, it seemed to settle and melt at the same rate it was landing – leaving us with roughly 1.5 inches as these words are being typed (6:30PM). The night looks quiet, but more snow is likely to arrive during the morning and early afternoon tomorrow. If it adds enough to our current base to push us over 3 inches, we’ll do what we do!
