STORM TRACKER – JAN. 23 to 26

Looks like a crazy few days ahead. Rather than re-introducing the situation each post, we will keep a log of observations and plow plans here. Updates will be chronological with the newest update ontop. Stay warm, stay safe!

-Monday, January 26, 1AM: All crews are running their routes for a second (sometimes third) time.
-Sunday, January 25, 3PM: Full dispatch (will be plowing past our normal 6pm pull-off time, AND will be plowing overnight).
-Sunday, January 25, NOON: Less than an inch of new accumulation in all neighborhoods. DO NOT TAKE THIS TO MEAN IT IS SAFE TO TRAVEL! The roads are VERY dangerous right now. STAY HOME if you can!

-Saturday, January 24, 1AM: Full dispatch (only 2 inches in 13212 and 13088, but its not the kind of snow you want to shovel!).
-Friday, January 23, 7PM: Next wave of lake effect snow passing southward through the territory. Policy dictates we don’t put trucks out between 6pm and 1am, but we will be actively measuring to determine if early morning plowing will be necessary.
-Friday, January 23, Morning: Early morning snowfall, but not enough to plow. Fluffy snow amounting to around 2 inches along 370 Bville into Liverpool, and 0.5 to 1.5 inches elsewhere.
