Hi again folks! We have dispatched the full fleet for another plow run, beginning at 2am. Average plow runs take roughly 5 hours, so you should see clean driveways by sunrise! Thanks.

SNOW??
Hey all! We knew it was coming eventually! We started plowing in all territories at 12PM. Sorry for the delayed update, we were getting our ducks in a row and knocking the rust off!
White Christmas?
Happy Holidays, folks! We’ve been monitoring the snow band dragging over the area from the Northwest. As of 6AM, the band is dissipating, having left between 1 and 2 inches in our driveways. For those dreaming of a white Christmas, the temperatures will rise to around 40 degrees shortly which will melt most of the snow off the driveways, but hopefully your lawns will still look pretty by the time Aunt Betty and the gang arrive for an egg nog! Of course, we will continue to monitor. If we get enough snow to plow, we’ll take care of you. Be safe, and enjoy these special times!
Oh, those Radisson winters!
5:45AM UPDATE: The snow band threw a couple late haymakers toward Northeastern Clay and Cicero later this morning, meriting a plow in those neighborhoods as well. Drivers have been dispatched.
Well folks, it’s deju vu from 2 days ago: We spent all night tracking a band north of us, waiting to see if we got enough accumulation to plow. As we type this, we are approaching 2 inches in RADISSON with the radar still dicey, and note that the town plows have come through. Therefore we have dispatched our Radisson crew. We are also monitoring Clay, Cicero and other areas of Baldwinsvlle, but at this time don’t see enough to fuss about.
Drive safe – this snow is a bit more slippery than last.
SNOW (here and there)!
Hey folks! The snow band that dragged along the Northeastern corner of the county decided to drop in and join us late this morning! We’ve found enough to plow in Radison, Phoenix, Cicero and parts of Clay. We started plowing at roughly 7AM, and will keep an eye out if the band drops again. Thanks everyone!
IMPORTANT NOTICE
With careful consideration, we have determined we cannot activate any outstanding contracts or consider new requests for service for the remainder of the season. We did not take this decision lightly, and understand this will affect those wishing to sign up for service later. It has always been in our best interest (which should align with YOUR best interest!) to provide quality service to our customers. We cannot do this if we spread ourselves too thin. Pandemic-related health and labor issues, and supply chain related parts and repairs issues have put restraints on our ability to scale to a customer base larger than we have at present. We hope you understand, and that you will consider us again next year.
Our best to you and yours,
The Randy Cramer Team
SNOW BAND OVER BALDWINSVILLE
Hey Snow Birds! A persistent snow band has been dragging across Baldwinsville and surrounding areas throughout the night. We began plowing when we approached 3 inches (around 2:30am), and will continue into morning. The band shifted its attention toward Liverpool Village a bit later into the morning, so we began plowing the heart of the Village and in Galeville around 3:30. As of 4am we continue to monitor the band and all other neighborhoods near it to see if we hit that 3 inch threshold. Thanks for reading, and stay safe!
PAUSE ON CONTRACT ACTIVATIONS
Happy Thanksgiving Week! PLEASE NOTE: We will be pausing ALL contract activations and quote requests as we prepare for the potential storm, and through any plow event. Please do not call to make these requests until AFTER this potential snowfall. At this time we need to focus on providing quality service to existing customers. Thank you for your understanding!
Sorry, no new quote requests
For 42 years, we have prided ourselves on providing high quality customer service. A key component of this is managing the pace of our growth. Therefore we have halted accepting new quote requests for the 2021-22 season. There is nothing more important to us than providing the best service to our customers we are capable of. Now that we have officially entered our contracted season, we must turn our attention to our existing customers.*
We hope you will consider this standard when you are making your plow-service decision next year, and reach out to us then. Thank you for your understanding!
*TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WITH NON-ACTIVE CONTRACTS: Please turn in your contracts AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Many of our routes are nearing capacity. Thank you!
Staking your driveway
Hi folks! Many of you – presumably after locating your ice scrapers this morning – have inquired about the marking of your driveways in preparation for the approaching winter. Our annual practice is to begin staking driveways the first FULL weekend in November (“FULL” weekend because sometimes that first weekend incorporates Halloween. In the past when we staked before Halloween it resulted in lots of “trip” or treats). So we should be by shortly!
PS – If you have stakes from previous years you’d like to unload, you can place them alongside your driveway and we will collect or re-use them.
Thank you!
ALWAYS HIRING!
We are always on the lookout for good and reliable drivers! If you or someone you know is looking to line up winter work, give us a holler! Great compensation, and a company that appreciates our team. Email Jason directly at [email protected] to discuss!
